I wish to express my sincere and deepest sympathy to BriAnna's family. She was a wonderful student in my class and she decided to work in a five-hour (secondary) labor position as my lab assistant for one term. She had such a strong spirit and love for people. She was such a strong student, eager to learn, not afraid to go beyond what was asked of her to do, to assist others, and to demonstrate integrity, humility, dignity for others, and a deep commitment to excellence. Please know that she was deeply respected by all of us in the Department of Child and Family Studies at Berea College. She demonstrated such honor, a strong work ethic, and such a kind spirit in all that she did in our department. I will remember her as one of our finest students.
Please accept my deepest sympathy for the passing of BriAnna. I will keep her memory and you all as her family in my thoughts and prayers.
