Our family was blessed to know and be supported by Don at Lee High. He was an amazing coach, friend, and mentor as Jeremy and Ashley went through their high school years. We all love and respect his memory, and appreciate all that he taught us all.

Don was one of best uncles a person could have. He was more like my brother than an uncle as only 5 years separated us in age. I will miss him so much. To Patty and family my deepest condolences.

Coach's family:
I do not have any words to make you feel better or lessen the sting of death! However, I can remind you of all the wonderful memories that you have to draw upon and be able one day to put a smile in your heart.
Coach was loved by so many and played a huge part in their lives...The number of people he mentored and,Coached would,be impossible to,count. Our loss is Heavens gain and he can rest now and wait for the rest of us. Will be praying for the family and always remember you have friends to call on if anything is needed....

Words cannot describe my appreciation and admiration for "coach". My best memories are of times he spoke to our team or to me privately. He was a mentor to me and taught me many life lessons that have guided me through my life. I know that no words will ease your heartache and pain, but please know you have my prayers, and know I loved coach and he will be truly missed. May God bless your family and give you peace during this time.
