A wonderful Mother and Friend. She always had a way of spreading a smile. Every memory i have of her was full of love and kindness. She always made me feel like Family. We both shared a liking for Elvis Presley and She taught me how to make the best pie in the world a Million Dollar Pie and I know all the Angels in Heaven are having the Best Pie ever now. She is Greatly Missed But Never ever Forgotten And I Thank God for the Chance to have her light in my life and I know it will shine forever more. She will never be gone She will live forever in all of us She touched us all with Live and kindness and I will Never let it Dim. I Love you Helen and until I see you again enjoy Heaven I know it's an even more Beautiful place now that you're Home ..Tell Gid and Jesus Hello for me and I will take Good care if Pops (Allen) he can be with you again.

Helen Bowlin was a good friend, an acquaintance to me. She made me feel special when she would talk about the Bible, the way she did; and, especially for fact she was gifted in the knowledge of the gospel. I would come in with my counselor (Joel Morton) - Family Preservation services, to get a coffee, and they'd: Ray & Helen, would be there at Hardee's in Pennington Gap. So - we'd talk about the Bible 'cause, there was nothing better to talk about to, pass the time. I really am missing her, and, I understand Ray is, too: since he's the one that was married to her. At least, she is with the Lord in Heaven, a much better place, than here.

Such a fine Christian. She was surely dedicated to God, Ray, her family, and her church family. She dedicated her life to Beacon Light and now her light will forever shine in many hearts. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Dear family, may God the Father of tender mercies (Psalm 83:18) surround and comfort all of you during this difficult time and may you find comfort in the promise, in Acts 24:15, that there will be a resurrection.
