James D. Oliver of Fairfield, OH passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2015. A military graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, September 28, 2015 at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA with the Local VFW Post #5715 and the National Guard Honors Team officiating.
