Margaret Elizabeth Doss "Nannie"

Margaret Elizabeth Doss (Nannie) age 70 of Dryden, VA was born in Lee County, VA on Sunday, November 17, 1946 and departed this walk of life on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at her home. She was a retired sales clerk. She loved to cook, read, travel and especially loved going to church at Smyth’s Chapel, where she was a member. She was preceded in death by an infant son, Christopher Richard Doss,  her parents, Estle and Inez Bailey Huff and Jacob Sprinkle. Margaret is survived by hertwo daughters, Sheila Mann and husband Reverend Jamie Mann of Coeburn, VA and Tracy Edens and companion Bill Kelley of Dryden, VA.  She is also survived by companion Mike Young and his children, son Michael Young and wife Carrie, daughter Monique and Husband Richard and Daniel; the father of her children, Richard Doss of Dryden, VA; four grandchildren, Christopher Collins and wife Jessica of Pennington Gap, VA, SPC. Evan Collins and wife Kaitlyn United States Army FT. Drum, NY, Sheldon Chasteen and husband Brandon of Jonesville, VA and Jordan Edens and wife Destinee of Appalachia, VA; great grandchildren Hoytt and Korie Collins, Collyn , Carder and Chesneigh Chasteen and Leeland and Parker Edens. three sisters, Carol Artone and husband Carmine of Front Royal, VA, Billie Ridings of Georgetown, IN and Bobbie Winters of Jonesville, VA. Also several nieces, nephews, uncles and many, many friends and family.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at the Province Funeral Home Sanctuary in Pennington Gap, VA with Daryl Hensley and Rev. Jamie Mann officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. Tuesday until the time of the service. A graveside service will be held at  11:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at the Huff Cemetery in Woodway, VA. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday to go to the cemetery. Pallbearers will be Chris Collins, SPC. Evan Collins, Jordan Edens, Rick Sprinkle, Michael Young and Brandon Chasteen. Honorary pall bearers Hoytt, Collyn, Carder, Leeland, Parker and Daniel.
