Phyllis Gibbs Ledford

Phyllis Gibbs Ledford age 68 of the Hubbard Springs Community in Jonesville, VA was born Friday, April 29, 1949 in Ocoonita, VA and passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at the Lonesome Pine Hospital in Big Stone Gap, VA. She was of the Pentecostal Faith, loved her family, traveling and gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents Ira and Mable Osborne Gibbs, one sister Wanda Roberts, one brother Larry (Big Boy) Gibbs and a nephew Richard (Richie) Gibbs. Phyllis is survived by two daughters Rhonda Ledford of the Hubbard Springs Community and Tiffany Ledford, grandchildren Kailey Woliver, Nick Jones, Asia Ledford, Brooke Hammonds, Jill Shelton, Cameron Ledford and McKynlee Muse, three great-grandchildren Kaiden Rowe, Kyle Woliver and Lane Woliver, one brother Darry (Little Boy) Gibbs and wife, Sharon of the Hubbard Springs Community, two sisters Patricia Jene Farmer of Michigan, Vivian Carroll of Michigan, several nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the Province Funeral Home Sanctuary in Jonesville, VA with Scott Woliver officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM untile time of service. Burial will follow at the Bethel Cemetery in Jonesville, VA.
