Teresa Hale

Teresa Hale age 46 of Pennington Gap, VA was born Tuesday, September 21, 1971 in Pennington Gap, VA and passed away Sunday, January 14, 2018 at the Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, TN. She had formerly worked as a C.N.A. for Heritage Hall Nursing Home and she was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her mother Juanita Hale, grandparents Walter and Ola Johnson and Harry and Flossie Hale. Teresa is survived by her daughter Brandy Collins of Pennington Gap, VA, her father Wilburn Hale of Pennington Gap, VA, three brothers Jerry Hale and wife, Melissa of Jonesville, VA, Ronnie Hale and wife, Megan of Pennington Gap, VA and Junior Hale of Pennington Gap, VA, one sister Lynn Skidmore and husband, Jimmy of Marion, VA, special great-nephew Jaron Combs, special aunt Reba Carpenter, special uncle Bob Johnson and several other nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

A funeral service will be held at 8:00 PM Thursday, January 18, 2018 at the Province Funeral Home Sanctuary in Pennington Gap, with Paul Davis, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM Thursday until the time of the service. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:00 AM Friday to go to the cemetery.
