Thena Faye Rice age 61 of the Hubbard Springs Community in Jonesville, VA was born Friday, October 29, 1954 in Rose Hill, VA and passed away Thursday, November 5, 2015 at the Bristol Regional Medical Center in Bristol, TN. She was preceded in death by her father George Langley, Jr.. Thena is survived by her husband Artie Rice along with two grandchildren Eyan Bradley and Malachi Langley all of the home, two sons Jared Langley of Pennington Gap, VA and Phillip Rice of Indiana, three daughters Angelica Langley of Timberville, VA, Kailey Chaney of Bristol, TN and Wendy Quinley of Indiana, her mother Geraldine Amburgery of Pine Top, KY, step-mother Gladys Langley of Crestview, FL, fifteen precious grandchildren, five brothers Gary Langley of Marion, IN, Bill Langley of McKee, KY, Steve Langley of Crestview, FL, Larry Rinehart of Texas and Kenny Rinehart of Wisconsin, and four sisters Cheri McDaniel of Crestview, FL, Jennie Conrad and husband, Mark of Marion, IN, Georgie Kelley and husband, Tim of Crestview, FL and Amy Manning and husband, Eric of Crestview, FL.
A funeral service will be held at 5:00 PM Sunday, November 8, 2015 at the Province Funeral Home Sanctuary in Pennington Gap, VA. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM Sunday until the time of the service.
