David "Buster" Wayne Kinard

David "Buster" Wayne Kinard, age 64, of Jonesville, VA was born February 9, 1955 in St. Charles, VA and passed away January 7, 2020 in Kingsport, TN. Buster loved to work with the St. Charles Fire Department and his community. He also loved his cats.

Buster is preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Margaret Kinard and his sister Gloria Lynn Hughes. Buster is survived by his sister Teresa Kennedy of St. Charles, VA; brothers Wesley Kind of GA and Junior Cox of Kingsport, TN; Special Friend Terry Richie; and a host of many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

A memorial Gathering will be Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 2-4 p.m. in the chapel of Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA.
