Dora Sue Bledsoe

Dora Sue (Taylor) Bledsoe age 73 of Jonesville, VA was born Sunday, July 8, 1945 in St. Charles, VA and passed away Saturday, June 22, 2019 at her home.

She was preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Bernice Taylor and three brothers Bobby Dingus, Jim Taylor and Dickie Taylor.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years Roy William Bledsoe, Sr. of the home, one son Roy William Bledsoe, Jr. and wife, April of Jonesville, VA, Eleven grandchildren, one brother Jerry Taylor of St. Charles, VA, three sisters Peggy Bledsoe of St. Charles, VA, Mary Ruth Anders of St. Charles, VA, Cathy Maples and husband, Doug of Tazewell, TN and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

A funeral service will be at 7:00 PM Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at the Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA with with Rev. Carter Hager officiating.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM Wednesday until the time of the service.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA.

Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:00 AM Thursday to go to the cemetery.
