Freda Osborne Coeburn age 66 of St. Charles, VA was born Tuesday, March 31 1953 and passed away Monday, April 1, 2019 at her home. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter Madison Taylor, parents Hamp and Eva Osborne, brothers Earnest, Harold, Clifford, Milford, Earl and Larry Osborne, sisters Wilma Matthew and Linda Carr. Freda is survived by her husband Jeff Coeburn of the home, three daughters Tiffany Miles and husband, Josh of Jonesville, VA, Katrina Slover of Jonesville, VA and Sonya Taylor of Duffield, VA, five grandchildren Drake Miles, Nevaeh and Emma Morangello, Zachary and Olivia Taylor, one sister Sheila Osborne and husband, Terry of Kentucky and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM Thursday, April 4, 2019 at the Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA. A funeral service will be held at 12: 00 PM Thursday with Rev. Roy Webb officiating. Burial will follow at Graveyard Hill Cemetery in St. Charles, VA.
