Harmony Kay Rogers

Harmony Kay Rogers age 39 of Pennington Gap, VA was born Tuesday, October 30, 1979 in Middlesboro, KY and passed away Monday, August 12, 2019. She was preceded in death by her brother Ronald (Ray Ray) Lewis, grandfather Oscar Lewis, grandfather Jerry Land, sister-in-law Amanda Rogers, uncles Greg Rogers and Arthur Land, aunts Ruthie Trammel, Beverly Anderson and Phyllis Kempton. Harmony is survived by her husband Kevin Rogers of the home, children Cassie Kay Rogers and Matthew Rogers of the home, father Ray Lewis and wife, Mary of Jonesville, mother June Wagner and husband, Kevin of Kingsport, TN, VA, two sisters Sarah Standifer and husband, James of Rose Hill, VA and Holly Wagner of Kingsport, TN. She is also survived by her grandmother Virginia Lewis of Jonesville, VA, nephew Luke Standifer of Rose Hill, VA, mother and father-in-law Barry and Lucy Rogers of Pennington, Gap, VA, many aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of many friends. In lieu of flowers the family request that donation be made to her daughter Cassie Kay Rogers college fund.

Visitation will be from 3:00 to 6:00 PM Sunday, August 18, 2019 at Calvary Baptist Missionary Church. A funeral service will follow at 6:00 PM Sunday with Dr. Charles Barrier officiating. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday at the Lewis Family Cemetery in the Hubbard Springs Community of Jonesville, VA. Family and friends are asked to meet at the church at 10:00 AM Monday to go the cemetery.
