Larry Wayne Shepherd

Larry Wayne Shepherd age 56 of St. Charles, VA was born Thursday, September 5, 1963 in Pennington Gap, VA and passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at his home. He was preceded in death by his father Coleman "Red" Shepherd, one brother and sister-in-law Rondle Shepherd and wife, Gwen, grandparents William Paris Parks, Mary Maggileen Parks, Evan and Gracie Shepherd, a son Scott Williams and one nephew Shannon Fleenor. Larry is survived by his mother Cornie Shepherd of Pennington Gap, VA, his lifelong companion Brenda Trigg and son Mike Williams of St. Charles, VA, a grandson Nicholas Williams, brothers Berlie Shepherd of Keokee, VA, Gary Shepherd and wife, Rhonda of Dryden, VA, one sister Donna Sue Mullins and husband, Steve of Jonesville, VA, sister-in-law Tammy Shepherd, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, Cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday, November 10, 2019 at Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Monday at Province Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Ewing officiating. Burial will follow at Powell Valley Cemetery in Dryden, VA. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to Province Funeral Home to go towards funeral expenses.
