Tammy Gail Bush age 45 of Dryden, VA was born Wednesday, September 26, 1973 in Pennington Gap, VA and passed away Sunday, September 8, 2019 at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, TN. She was preceded in death by her father Billy Ray Mullins, uncles Harold Mullins, Gene Mullins, Duke Mullins and Dennis Sweeney, one aunt Ruth Mullins, grandparents Birdie Sweeney, Bert and Elizabeth Cody. Tammy is survived by her husband Mark Allen Bush of the home, mother Norma Jean Mullins of Jonesville, VA, one sister Vickie Mullins of Jonesville, VA, favorite niece Ginger Gilreath of Jonesville, VA, her favorite dog Gabby, many cousins, aunts, uncles and extended family and friends.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday, September 12, 2019 at Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 PM Thursday with Pastor Shawn Allen officiating. A graveside service will be at 11:00 AM Friday, September 13, 2019 at Millers Chapel Cemetery in the Millers Chapel Community in Jonesville, VA. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:00 AM Friday to go to the cemetery.
