Ryan Parsons, son of late SAFB Fire Chief and Pennington Gap resident Billy" Shaky"Parsons and the rest of my family would like to extend our sincerest and deepest condolences to Tom's family in their expected time of need. My father considered Tom one of his best, and most importantly, kind and generous friends he had. They are somewhere playing golf today and enjoying each other's jokes and company.
