Virginia Faye (Maggard) Robbins age 80 of Keokee, VA was born in Keokee on Friday, March 18, 1938 and passed away Saturday, November 17, 2018 in Big Stone Gap, VA. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Robbins, one son Donnie Wayne Robbins, grandson Gregory Robert Rutherford, parents Albert and Lola Mae Maggard, a brother Hass Maggard, sisters Bernice Wade and Joyce Durham. Virginia is survived by one son Jessie James Robbins of Keokee, VA, one daughter Deborah Carol Rivers and partner, Wayne Masters of Norton, VA, one brother Dee Maggard and wife, Jean, granddaughters Mickey Rivers and partner, David Holmes, Summer Clark and partner, Gary Thomas, grandsons Jessie James Robbins, Jr., Jimmy Spencer Robbins, great-granddaughters Payton Hope Clark and McKenzie Faith Clark, great-grandsons Donnie Holmes, Gregory Holmes, Andrew Holmes and Paxton Clark.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the time of the service. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, November 26, 2018 at the Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA with Rev. Bob Maggard officiating. Burial will follow at the Maggard Family Cemetery in Keokee, VA.
