Wanda Gennett Disney

Wanda Gennett Disney age 79 of Dryden, VA was born in Ben Hur, VA on Saturday, November 12, 1938 and passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Lee Health and Rehab Center in Pennington Gap. Wanda had been a homemaker and of the Free Pentecostal Church Faith. She was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Mary Disney, sisters Melva Lou Means, Barbara Robinette and Phyllis Bryant. Wanda is survived by her son William Randy Anders and Diane Schmitto of Pennington Gap, VA, one daughter Bridget Davis, lifelong Companion William "Ken" Anders of St. Charles, VA, one brother Junior Disney and wife, Phyllis of the Rock Lick Community, three sisters Pat Means of Winchester, KY, Betty Sparks of Winchester, KY, Elsie Clark of Pennington Gap, VA and one grandson Derrick Allen Anders of Jonesville, VA.

A funeral service will be held at 7:00 PM Thursday, March 15, 2018 at the Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA with Rev. Jim Ewing Officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Thursday until the time of the service. A graveside service will be at 11:00 AM Friday at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Woodway. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:00 AM Friday to go to the cemetery.
