Alvin Ray Middleton

Alvin Ray Middleton the 3rd AKA Donnie age 62 of Woodway, VA was born in Stone Creek November 22, 1958 and passed away April 1st 2022 in his home surrounded by family.

He was preceded in death by his parents Alvin and Helen Shirks Middleton, maternal grandparents Frank and Mamie Shirks, paternal grandparents Nobe Edith Middleton, two brothers Alvin Middleton, 2nd, Ronnie Middleton and one grandchild Nathan Middleton .Alvin is survived by his wife Elsie Middleton of the home, four children Son Rodney and Fiance, Lori Wilson of Jonesville, Daughter Amanda of the home, daughter Angela and husband, Al Lewis of Saint Charles and son Jason and wife, Tina of Jonesville. He is also survived by one wonderful brother Ricky Dale and wife Barbara Middleton of Dryden, three precious grandchildren Kelsie and Dalton Crabtree, and Kayla Middleton, special aunt Nancy Byrd, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be from 4:00 until 6:00 PM Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA. A funeral service will be held at 6:00 PM Tuesday with Robert Moore and Rick Pennington officiating. Graveside services will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday at Powell Valley Cemetery in Dryden, VA. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:30 AM Wednesday to go to the cemetery.
