Coretta Stapleton of Greenback, TN. passed away on Monday, November 2, 2020 with her daughter by her side.

Prior to living with her daughter and her husband, she was a lifelong resident of Pennington Gap. She was born July 7, 1932 and was a member of the Fist Baptist Church in Pennington Gap.

She was preceded in death by husband Cam D Stapleton; parents, Luther and Estell Hughes; sons, Dexter Stapleton, Kenneth Stapleton, Wayne Stapleton, one sister; Bernita Garrett;

She is survived by two daughters, Linda Garrett and her husband Gary of Greenback, TN. Patricia Rasnic and her husband Gary Rasnic of Stickleyville; three sons, Freddie and Jerry Stapleton both from Pennington Gap, David Stapleton and his wife Deb from Abington Va one Sister Hilda Moore Nickelsville Ky . She is also survived by her many grandkids and great grandkids

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, November 9, 2020 at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA.

Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 12:45 for the service.
