Ethan Cole Cox

With a broken heart full of love. We wish to announce that on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 11:39 AM Ethan Cole Cox; loving son, brother and servant of God departed this world to be with his lord and savior Jesus Christ. He went peacefully surrounded by those he loved in his mothers arms. Ethan was born Wednesday, March 27, 2002 at 12:37 AM in Winterhaven, FL. He was an honor graduate from Lee High School, at the time of his departure he was pursuing a degree in cyber security at Mountain Empire Community College. Ethan enjoyed gaming and spent many hours with his friends all over the world. Ethan was an inspiration to all who knew him. He was always there to brighten the lives of others. He was favored with a strong and fearless spirit a quick wit an infectious smile and encouraged his friends and family to persist in the face of many struggles. Ethan thrived on the accomplishments and success of others; this brought him the most joy. Ethan is adored and loved by all who knew him. His closest friends Heaven Sullivan , Alisha Brown, William Rallensperger , Austin De Husson, K-9 Wolf Pack, Justin Vassen and a host of others. His zest of life will live on through them . Etan was a member of the Wild Turkey Federation and the Lee County Strutters. He was inducted into this wonderful crazy bunch of outdoorsmen by two of the most sublime men you will ever meet. Shawn Morris and  William Neff if he’s wheeling to hunt they were willing to make it happen, and they did Long live the beauty in the world that comes down through, and onto us. Precious friendships to give and receive love, nothing can take that away. We take it with us everywhere even eternity. Ethan was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Clayton  and Etta Cox, maternal great-grandparents Lee and Nannie Campbell, maternal aunts and uncles, Brenda Campbell, Debra Minix & Joe Campbell from Polk City, FL paternal aunt and uncles Karen Cox Jones, Jeffery Cox and Charles David Cox. Ethan is survived by his loving mother “Momma” Rebecca , his daddy Jimmy, his younger brother that shared happy and magical moments that Ethan Carried to paradise, Noah Franklin Cox all of the home, two sisters Olivia and Hannah and a special nephew Tristan Michael Jimmy Hocevar of Johnson City, TN, maternal grandparents Steve and Wilma Hammock of Flat Lick, aunts Pammela Hammock of Corbin,KY Cathy Bostis of Macon, GA, Mary Ann Griffish of Polk City, FL, Carol Carey of Miami Beach, FL, uncle and brother in Christ Dennis Wayne Ely and a host of extended family and friends. In lieu of flowers celebrate Ethans life by donating to a future event for speicel needs young adults in his name. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
