Frederick Allen Moore

Frederick Allan Moore age 54 of  Gate City, VA was born in Maryland on June 3, 1966 and passed away April 24, 2021 at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents Fredrick and Roberta Moore. He is survived by two sons Fredrick Moore and wife, Aleatha of Columbia, SC, William Moore and wife, Madison of Morristown, TN, one daughter Stephanie Moore and husband, Martaveous of Anderson, SC and one grandson on the way, Wyatt Moore.   Frederick is also survived by one brother Rusty Moore of Gate City, VA, three sisters Sylvia Winters of Keokee, VA, Linda Ann Williams of Arkansas and Laura Clark of Weber City, VA.

Visitation will be from 1:00 until 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA. The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday with Paul Davis, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at the Adams Cemetery in Duffield, VA.
