Jack "Benny" Fultz

Jack Benny Fultz age 79 of Pennington Gap, VA was born September 30, 1941 in St. Charles, VA and passed away August 1, 2021 at Lonesome Pine Hospital in Big Stone Gap, VA.

He was preceded in death by his father Grover Fultz, the mother of his children Nell Maddle and a nephew Jeffrey Strunk. Jack is survived by his wife Rebecca Fultz of the home, his mother Ruth Fultz of Bardstown, KY, three daughters Jackie Cantrell and husband, Donald of Big Stone Gap, VA, Shannon Maddle of St. Charles, VA and Selina Gladden of Great Falls, SC, four grandchildren Ashley Longsworth, Carrie Barnett and Jayla “Jaybird” Ballard, Cody Cantrell four great-grandchildren Kinsley Longsworth, Mallory Longsworth, Eli Barnett and Ella Barnett.  Jack is also survived by four sisters Charlotte Joan Miller of Jonesville, VA, Emma Cox of Bardstown, KY, Nancy Taylor of Kingsport, TN and Liz Strictland and husband, Glenn of Manassas, VA.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 12:00 noon Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA. A funeral service will be at 12:00 noon Wednesday with Paul Davis, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA.
