James Lee "Jim" Collins

James “Jim” Lee Collins was born on August 6, 1963 in Norton, VA and passed away unexpectedly at his home in Pennington Gap, VA on Saturday March 11th. He was preceded in death by his sister, Elizabeth “Libbie” Bertha Collins Allen, and his father James M.R. Collins. He is survived by his mother Roberta Collins of Pennington Gap, VA, his brothers, David Collins and wife Tammy of South Carolina and Brian Scott Collins of Pennington Gap, VA, sister Cyndy Jennings of Weber City, VA, step brother Richard Collins of Pennington Gap, VA, and partner Charlotte Collins.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 4:00 PM at Province Pennington Gap Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, VA with Rev. David Ely officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until the time of the service.
