Kenneth Diffenderfer

Kenneth Diffenderfer age 78 of Jonesville, VA was born October 25, 1942 in Lee County, VA and passed away August 9, 2021 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents Curtis and Maggie Diffenderfer, one brother Terry Diffenderfer and a sister Aileen Wilder.

Kenneth is survived by his wife of 56 years Barbara Collins Diffenderfer of the home, son Curtis Diffenderfer and wife, Mary Ann of Jonesville, VA, daughter Lyvonne Jessee and husband, Charles, of Jonesville, VA, grandchildren Devin Morris, Lindsey Rogers, Brooke Diffenderfer, Cory Diffenderfer and Jordan Diffenderfer, great-grandchild Shane Tyler Rogers and two more on the way Carson Grace Diffenderfer and baby Gibson.  He is also survived by one brother Charles Diffenderfer and wife, Diane of Culpepper, VA,  five sisters Helen Combs of Jonesville, VA, Shirley Miles and husband, Bill of Jonesville, VA, Stella Boker and husband, Roland of Pennsylvania, Lois Patterson and husband, Steve of Gaithersburg, MD and Arleen Arwood and husband, Gary of Big Stone Gap, VA, and special friend George Flanary of Jonesville, VA.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 12:00 noon Monday, August 16, 2021 at Province Funeral Home in Jonesville, VA. A funeral service will be at 12:00 noon Monday with Rev. George Flanary. Burial will follow at Diffenderfer Family Cemetery in Jonesville, VA.
