Marvin Dee Middleton age 54 of Smith, KY was born January 13, 1968 in Smith, KY and departed this life on May 23, 2022 surrounded by his children and loved ones. He was the owner and operator of Middleton’s Contracting in Smith, KY. He believed in the Baptist religion and was the rock of his family and loved ones.
One is his favorite quotes was “choices….we live and die by the choices we make.” He left this world kickin like a chicken. He was preceded in death by his mother Joyce Middleton, father William Hamlin, father John Middleton, one son Robert Stevens, Jr., three brothers Duke Middleton, T.C. Middleton and Ronnie Middleton, a brother-in-law Eric Pirnstill, his nana Darlene Stewart, and friend Tammy Hornsby.
Marvin is survived by his wife Kathy Middleton and his children Marvin Middleton II and wife, Alisha, Danielle Middleton and husband Kenny Coots, Marcella Stevens and husband, Austin, Amber Napier and husband, Bobby, Erica Middleton, Madison Crain, Shawn Bray and wife, Courtney, and little feller "Charlie Brown" and his grandchildren Shayla, McKenzie, Jordan, Whitney, Robert, Bentley, Jaylyn, Tyhler, Atlas, Shane and Lillie. He is also survived by his brothers Bailey Middleton, Wayne Middleton, and Jack Smith, sisters Velma Pirnstill, Annette Bowling and husband, Fred, Teresa Thomason and husband, Roger, nieces and nephews Jason Ward and wife, Stephanie, Duke, Cileece, Kourtney, Che, Areah And Chad and great-nephew Jax, his dear friends Shannon and Jonathon Family, Ed and many other family and friends.
Open celebration of his life will be from 5:00 PM and overnight at Pace Chapel in Smith, KY. A funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Friday with Rev. Spencer Burkhart officiating. Burial will follow at Middleton Family Cemetery in Smith, KY. We are located at 42098 E.
