Ralph Martin Davis

Ralph Martin” Marty” Davis born on September 28, 1969 in Pennington Gap, Virginia passed away suddenly on March 8, 2023.

 Marty had an infectious smile, and a loving heart. He loved to have fun no matter what he was doing, he would find a way to make it enjoyable. He loved family and friends, and helping anyone he could no matter what his own circumstances were. He was tender-hearted and would never deliberately hurt anyone. Above all he was incredibly loved. He will continue to be loved, and remembered fondly, fiercely and emotionally he will remain in our hearts and our memories. Weather you knew Marty for thirty years or thirty seconds he made a lasting impression on you.

Marty is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ralph and Ella Smith and paternal grandparents, Gobe and Flora Davis.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Lindsey Davis of Kingsport, TN; parents, Ralph and Linda Smith Davis; sister, Lora Miller and husband Britt; brother, Scottie Davis and wife Stephanie; companion, Marisha Cheek; special friend, Irene Cheek; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Saturday March 18, 2023 at First Baptist Church of St. Charles. A memorial Service will follow with Paul Davis, Jr. officiating.
