Billy Joe Belcher

Billy Joe Belcher age 76 of Pennington Gap, VA was born in St. Charles, VA on Saturday, August 10, 1940 and passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Lee Health and Rehab Center in Pennington Gap, VA.  He retired from the Lee County Community Hospital, was a New York Yankees fan and of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his parents William and Georgia Belcher. Bill is survived by his daughter Lisa Michelle Morris of Pennington Gap, VA, grandson Ryan Morris of Dryden, VA, sister Pat Belcher of Kingsport, TN, special nieces Becky and Sheila and special nephews Jeff, Michael and Bobby Wayne.

A funeral service will held at 7:00 PM Friday, March 24, 2017 at the Province Funeral Home Sanctuary in Pennington Gap, VA with Paul Davis, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM Friday until the time of the service. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA.  Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:00 AM Saturday to go to the cemetery.
